Mike Scrafton is the Managing Director of Scrafton Pty Ltd.

Mike has a significant record of success at senior levels in federal and state public sectors, including leadership in strategic planning and policy, capital project management and service delivery. This experience includes appointment as the inaugural CEO of the Victorian Growth Areas Authority. In these roles, Mike’s focus has been on building organisational resilience through management and leadership development, improvements in accountability and ethical standards, and innovation.

Mike holds academic qualifications in history, economics and philosophy, and has studied leadership at Harvard and Oxford. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and his current and past board membership includes the Victorian Government Purchasing Board, the Victorian Government Shared Services Centre Board, the Dandenong Development Board and the Green Building Council of Australia Board.
